NATURAL BUILD OTAKI is a natural building company based in sunny Otaki, servicing Horwhenua, Kapiti and grearter Wellington. In conjunction to building homes for people we develop new approaches to working with natural building materials and systems.

What is "natural Building"?
The term "natural building" describes a range of building systems and materials that place major emphasis on sustainability. Ways of achieving sustainability through natural building focus on the use of minimally processed, plentiful or renewable resources, as well as those that, while recycled or salvaged, produce healthy living environments and maintain indoor air quality. Natural building tends to rely on human labour, more than technology.
Founded by Thomas Beauchamp who has a passion for sustainable building and creating a positive built legacey for the next generation and the planet. With a 20 year background in sculpture, design and the arts, Tom brings a creative flair to building and a collaborative approach to working with clients, designers and sub-contractors to get the best possible home to be loved for years.
